From August 20–22, 2026, the Dat Viet team embarked on a memorable and inspiring journey together in Da Nang Province for the Team Building 2026 program.
First and foremost, this was a reward honoring the efforts of our entire staff after a long period of intense focus on our work and projects. These three days together were an opportunity for everyone to step away from the drawings, documents, construction sites, and schedule pressures; to rest, have fun, and enjoy the labor consequences that we all helped create.
However, the greatest value of this trip did not lie in the destinations we visited or the activities we played.
It was an opportunity for the people who are building Dat Viet together to understand one another better, grow closer and build mutual trust.
The challenges on the beach required the coordination of the entire team. The laughter erased the boundaries between our departments, positions and generations. The Gala night was a moment for everyone to look back at the journey we have shared, acknowledge contributions, and reaffirm our faith in our path ahead.
A company can grow through its successful projects and strong financial results, but to go far, it requires a team who shares the same values and looks in the same direction.
Today, Dat Viet is entering a new phase of development, bringing greater opportunities alongside higher expectations and challenges. Therefore, solidarity, collaborative spirit and trust among our colleagues have become an increasingly vital foundation than ever.
